Chief Counsel Jay Sekulow Preparing to Argue Landmark Case at U.S. Supreme Court
We are heading back to the Supreme Court, as the counsel of record, to argue a landmark First Amendment case involving the Ten Commandments.  While oral arguments aren't until November, we will be investing thousands of hours researching and filing legal briefs.  We will be posting case documents, ACLJ press releases, and new reports for this case.  [MORE]
