The American Center for Law and Justice encourages all Americans to exercise their constitutional right to vote in elections. Participation the in the political process is vital and an important responsibility of your citizenship. At the same time, the ACLJ is dedicated to working through the courts and through Congress to ensure that the election process -- including casting ballots and the tabulation of votes -- complies with the U.S. Constitution.
