Christmas Resource Center 2008

As we celebrate the Christmas season, The American Center for Law and Justice wants to make sure that you have the opportunity to celebrate the holiday according to your religious beliefs.  We have prepared resource information that clearly spells out what is permissible when it comes to expressing the religious origins of the holiday season by erecting nativity scenes in your community.  At the same time, the ACLJ has prepared legal guidelines outlining the proper way for students to express their religious beliefs in school during this holiday season.

If you encounter any hostility or have questions about your rights, contact the ACLJ at 1-757-226-2489.
