City of Beverly Hills v. Bori Oginni (U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri):  Pastor Oginni was arrested for “conducting service/business without proper license (church service).”  The criminal case was dropped by the prosecutor, and the ACLJ has filed a case under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for this egregious violation of the pastor’s constitutional rights.  Discovery is underway.

September 8, Farmington, MO:  The ACLJ sent local officials an informational letter about protest activities at the funeral of Army Staff Sgt. Michael L. Deason.

September 14, Jackson, MO:  The ACLJ sent local officials an informational letter about protest activities at the funeral of Army Pfc. Jeremy R. Shank.

September 27, Independence, MO:  The ACLJ sent local officials an informational letter about protest activities at the funeral of Army National Guard Sgt. 1st Class Michael T. Fuga.

October 19, Stover, MO:  The ACLJ sent local officials an informational letter about protest activities at the funeral of Army Sgt. Lawrence L. Parrish.
