MISSOURI
City of Beverly Hills v. Bori Oginni (U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri):
Pastor Oginni was arrested for “conducting service/business
without proper license (church service).” The criminal case
was dropped by the prosecutor, and the ACLJ has filed a case under 42
U.S.C. § 1983 for this egregious violation of the pastor’s
constitutional rights. Discovery is underway.
