Hannity Radio Show - ACLJ's Jay Sekulow Discusses Senate Bill That Would Give the President Emergency Control of Internet

August 31, 2009

There's troubling legislation in the U.S. Senate - a bill that would give President Obama emergency control of the Internet - legislation that is triggering constitutional concerns.

News reports indicate that a revamped version of the Cybersecurity Act of 2009 has now emerged on Capitol Hill - months after an initial version authored by Sen. Jay Rockefeller, D-W.V., was blasted in Silicon Valley as dangerous government intrusion.

Sean Hannity discussed the dangers of this measure with ACLJ Chief Counsel Jay Sekulow on the Hannity Radio Show on August 28th.  You can listen to the broadcast here.
