 Chief Counsel Jay Sekulow Preparing to Argue Landmark Case at U.S. Supreme Court
We are heading back to the Supreme Court, as the counsel of record, to argue a landmark First Amendment case involving the Ten Commandments. While oral arguments aren't until November, we will be investing thousands of hours researching and filing legal briefs.
