Pro-Palestinian Leader Declares Christians Enemy No. 1

Listen tothis article

I’ve been sounding the alarm for a while now that when you hear pro-Hamas radicals on college campuses attacking Zionists, they include evangelical Christians or anyone who believes Israel has the right to exist. And now we have a shocking video that features a director of American Muslims for Palestine proclaiming: “Anybody who has a relationship with . . . or identifies themself as a Jewish person or as a Christian Zionist, . . . they are enemy number one.”

So not only are all Jews to be targeted, but this pro-Palestinian leader also declared war on Christians. And again, this is a director of a non-profit organization in America spewing this dangerous rhetoric. It’s not propaganda coming from the Middle East.

When you hear “enemy number one,” you think of Osama bin Laden, El Chapo, etc., and Christians are being lumped in with such evil figures. It’s outrageous. Christians are also in the crosshairs, not just Jews.

ACLJ Senior Counsel for International and Government Affairs Jeff Ballabon reacted to the disgusting video:

We should listen to our enemies when they tell us who they are. . . . And they’ve been clear since the beginning. They have one mission and one goal: total genocide of the Jews. But also, they’ve said that while the Jews are the “Little Satan,” Christians and America are the “Great Satan.” So the war that started on October 7 in Israel is just a front for a war that’s against our entire civilization – against Judeo-Christian civilization.

The radicalism is only getting more dangerous as it continues. We need our leaders to hold these pro-Hamas radicals accountable for their dangerous rhetoric and violence against Jews and Christians.

Unfortunately, President Biden is doing the opposite, choosing instead to betray Israel by holding up critical weapons shipments to Israel in its fight against Hamas. He recently announced, “I made it clear that if they go into Rafah – they haven’t gone in Rafah yet – if they go into Rafah, I’m not supplying the weapons that have been used historically to deal with Rafah, to deal with the cities – that deal with that problem.” Biden is appeasing the pro-Hamas faction of his base with this clear betrayal of Israel.

Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo joined our broadcast and condemned Biden’s refusal to send help to Israel:

Think about what’s in the minds of Hezbollah today. Think about what’s in the mind of the Houthi rebels in Yemen. I think about what’s in the mind of the leadership of Hamas, who’s sitting in tunnels under Rafah. They’re all enormously encouraged. They cheered that interview. . . . The fact that the President of the U.S. spoke this way – just the day after he’d given his full-throated support of the Jewish people and their rightful homeland – is indecent and truly dangerous.

The ACLJ will never turn its back on America’s greatest ally. We sent demand letters to 43 countries as well as letters to the Executive branch and Members of Congress, insisting they support Israel and enact sanctions on Iran. We also sent letters to the DOJ and the DOE demanding that they stop the violent protests that have overrun college campuses.

And today we are sending vital demand letters to major universities – including Columbia, Harvard, USC, and UCLA – demanding they follow the law and protect Jewish and Christian students who support Israel. Sign on to our letters by signing our petition.

We’ve now reached a point in America where the far Left is unwilling to have a conversation and is even threatening anyone with a different opinion. So much for the far Left’s preaching tolerance and acceptance. We must return to a time when we could have civil debates and listen to one another.

Today’s Sekulow broadcast included a full analysis of a director for American Muslims for Palestine declaring Christians “enemy number one.” ACLJ Senior Advisor for National Security and Foreign Policy Ric Grenell reacted to the shocking video.
