Celebrating the Christmas Season -- in School and in the Public Arena.

Each year, we receive questions about what is proper and constitutional when celebrating the Christmas season.  The questions come from those in the public school setting and in the public arena.

The law is very clear about religious holiday displays and holiday celebrations in the public school setting.  We are hopeful the information contained in the links below will provide you and your family with help you need this Christmas season as you exercise your constitutional freedoms.

If you have any legal questions or concerns this Christmas season, contact the ACLJ Legal Helpline at 1-800-296-4529.
